  • I am happy to participate and join prostate cancer survivors, their families, and their friends in the Boston Prostate Cancer Walk on Father's Day, June 15, 2008. Registration 9:00-11:00 AM. Pre walk Ceremony 11:00 AM. Walk at 11:30 AM.

    • Enclosed is my registration fee of $20 which includes a T-Shirt. Adult T shirts will be available on the day of the event only. All entries must be received by June 6, 2008 to guarantee a T-shirt. After June 6th and the day of event, registration fee will be $25.
